Jarlsberg® Folios™ Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Rollups



8 Jarlsberg® Folios™

16 Slices of Deli Ham

1 lb of Chicken Breast (grilled and cut into strips)

Cordon Blue Sauce (see recipe below)

Fresh Dill (garnish)

Cordon Bleu Sauce

2 Tbl Butter

2 Tbl Flour

1 Cup Warm Milk

2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

2 Tbl Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions Sauce

Stir into milk, the bouillon, mustard and Worcestershire sauce on low heat. Melt the butter in a deep sauce pan and whisk in the flour till smooth, then add the milk mixture while stirring. Leave sauce on low.

Cordon Blue

Take 1 Jarlsberg® Folios™ and place on a flat surface. Place 2 slices of ham on top and add 3 -4 strips of grilled chicken. Roll the Folios™ up around the chicken and ham. Repeat for 7 more rollups. Put some sauce on the bottom of a baking pan. Then add all 8 Jarlsberg® Folios™ Cordon Blue Rollups to the pan making sure the folded side is down at the bottom. Then place in a preheated 350F degree oven for 3 minutes. Remove and top each with additional sauce, a sprig of dill and serve. Makes 4 servings (2 rollups per person).
