4 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™
1 lb. Swiss Chard - cleaned and chopped
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 small Onion
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic - minced
1 cup Jarlsberg® Cheese - shredded
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Add olive oil to a large sauté pan and set on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until golden. Add the Swiss chard and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and remove from heat. Then add the shredded Jarlsberg® Cheese and allow to cool. Divide into 4 equal portions.
Take 1 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ and microwave for 1 – 1 ½ minutes. Remove from microwave and fill the center immediately with 1 of the Swiss chard portions. Quickly bend all 4 corners up and towards the center of the Folios™ leaving approximately ½” square of exposed Swiss chard filling. Repeat for the 3 remaining Folios™. Makes 4 incredibly delicious savory tarts!
