Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Rollups

Ingredients
8 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™
16 Slices of Deli Ham
1 lb. of Chicken Breast - grilled and cut into strips
Cordon Bleu Sauce (ingredients for sauce below)
Fresh Dill – to garnish

Cordon Bleu
Take 1 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ and place on a flat surface. Place 2 slices of ham on top and add 3 - 4 strips of grilled chicken. Roll the Folios™ up around the chicken and ham. Repeat for 7 more Rollups. Put some sauce on the bottom of a baking pan. Then add all 8 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ Cordon Bleu Rollups to the pan. Make sure the folded side is down at the bottom. Place pan in a preheated 350°F oven for 3 minutes. Remove and top each with additional sauce and a sprig of dill. Makes 4 servings (2 rollups per person).



Cordon Bleu Sauce

2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
1 Cup Warm Milk
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions: Sauce

Pour milk into a mixing bowl. While stirring, add the bouillon, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce on low heat. Melt the butter in a deep sauce pan and whisk in the flour until smooth. Add the milk mixture while stirring. Leave sauce on low heat.
