4 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™

16 Slices Corn Beef

1 lb. Sauerkraut

4 tbsp. Russian Dressing

8 Pickle Spears (optional)

Directions

Take 1 Jarlsberg®Cheese Folios™ from the package and place on a flat surface. Lay 4 slices of corned beef on top. Add ¼ lb. of sauerkraut. Then spread on 1 tbsp. of Russian dressing. Roll up the Rueben and place on a microwaveable dish. Cook in microwave for 1 minute. Repeat for 3 more rollups. Cut each in half on an angle and serve with pickle spears. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
