4 Jarlsberg® Folios™

1 lb Lump or Jumbo Lump Crabmeat – cleaned

2 stalks Celery - Diced

6 strands of fresh Chives diced

1 tsp of minced fresh Tarragon

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

3 Tbl Sour Cream

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Pinch salt and pepper


Make 4 Jarlsberg® Folios™ shapes bowls or cups – as directed on package.

Then set aside. Take all remaining ingredients and mix together, then

Divide into 4 bowls or cups and serve.
