Norseland markets Gabriella of Italy Caprese Salad Kit from Lotito Foods.

Each 5-pound kit contains two 4-ounce cups of basil and olive oil dressing, two 4-ounce cups of chopped sundried tomatoes marinated with garlic, onion, parsley, oregano and salt, and two 2-pound packages of ciliegine fresh mozzarella balls.

The mozzarella is made in Vermont with artificial growth hormone-free milk supplied by local farmers.

Deli and sandwich store operators simply mix a pack of each of the three ingredients to create fresh caprese salad.
