Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ Crab Salad Bowl (or Cup)



4 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™

1 lb. Lump or Jumbo Lump Crabmeat – cleaned

2 Stalks Celery - diced

6 Strands of Fresh Chives - diced

1 tsp. of Fresh Tarragon - minced

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp. Sour Cream

1 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Pinch Salt and Pepper


Make 4 Jarlsberg® Cheese Folios™ bowls or cups as directed on package. Then set aside. Take all remaining ingredients and mix together. Divide into 4 bowls or cups and serve.
